Research Interests

Mainly engaged in high voltage and insulation technology, including detection and evaluation technology for power transmission and transformation equipment, as well as corrosion mechanism and prevention technology for metal accessories of power transmission and transformation equipment.

Prof. Mei has published more than 100 papers in domestic and international authoritative journals (IEEE Transactions on Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation, IEEE Transactions on Power Delivery, IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement, Proceedings of the CSEE, and others), applied for more than 40 domestic invention patents, received 13 invention patents and 2 PCT International patents, and participated in the formulation of one power industry standard and the writing of one monograph.
